Set up an initial free consult call with a fixit mediator to determine if mediation is the right fit for your needs.
Collection of documents
Background information and agreements will be collected, arranged and signed electronically prior to your session

Pre-Mediation Calls
After collecting the party’s contact information, the mediator will set up private pre-mediation telephone or video calls.

Meditation Session
This is where all parties will have their opportunity to express their view and concerns while describing their perception of the conflict. This is can be difficult and stressful but rest assured your mediator will be a calming presence in the room, helping all participants navigate the difficult conversations.
You will be asked to communicate, listen, and offer options while being guided through potential resolutions.
*When an agreement is reached, all notes will be destroyed.
Follow-Up
Upon completion, the Employer will be informed of a successful or unsuccessful mediation and any information mutually agreed to by all parties. Any information required for follow-up by the Employer will also be shared.
FIXIT will follow up with the parties and Employer within 30 Days or sooner if required- your success if our success.
