What is mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential, and affordable process for workplace conflict resolution with the assistance of a neutral, trained professional. Fixit mediators assist parties in creating their own agreements using a process that addresses the interests of all parties involved. Workplace Restoration / Group Mediation

Workplace Restoration follows all the same systemic guidelines as a two or three-party mediation. The difference comes with working with an entire or part of a department.

Workplace restorations can be slightly more time consuming due to the number of parties involved and ensuring each individual is properly heard. Know that we will work with you to ensure you meet your fiscal responsibilities.
